*FEBREZE*

Febreeze is one of those products I love to use but hate the price because it never lasts very long. So now I make my own and save money.
*Use clear fabric softener so it won’t leave colored specks on your stuff.

1/8 cup Liquid Fabric Softener
2 Tbsp. Baking Soda
Hot Tap Water to fill 32oz. Spray Bottle to the top (I used an emtpy Febreeze bottle.)

Add all ingredients to the spray bottle & shake. Now spray away all of those stinky odors!

*HOMEMADE GLASS CLEANER*

 Mix in a sprayer bottle:

1 cup rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol
1 cup water
1 tbsp. white vinegar

*FURNITURE POLISH*

Mix in a sprayer bottle:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice

Shake well and apply a small amount to a flannel cleaning rag or cleaning cloth.
Spread evenly over furniture surface.
Turn cloth to a dry side and polish dry.

LAUNDRY STAIN REMOVER

 Today I share a laundry favorite recipes...

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ammonia
1/2 cup Wisk
1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients and store in a spray bottle.
Spray on anything with grease or food spots and wash as usual.
This is super cheap and will get out about anything. It'll get out most food grease spots even after being washed and dried - you know, when the kids don't tell you or the kids themselves are doing wash and just shove everything in.
It's also really good at removing ring-around-the-collar.

HOMEMADE SHOWER CLEANER

so well worth a try!!! :))

10 oz white vinegar
10 oz dawn dish soap
spray bottle

Heat vinegar in microwave 2 minutes.
Pour into spray bottle and add Dawn.
Shake back and forth gently as not to make it foamy.
Do not need to heat after first time.
Spray and let set 10 minutes or longer, even overnight.
Wipe with wet sponge or rag and rinse.
I used a dish washing scrubbie, it's easy and everything cames out nice and clean.

TO UNCLOG SINKS

Pour 1/4 cup of baking soda down the drain.
Pour in one cup of vinegar into the drain.
Cover the drain with a lid and wait fifteen minutes.
The baking soda and vinegar will have a chemical reaction, breaking down the clog.
Rinse the drain with hot water to clear it out.
Repeat if necessary.

FABRIC SOFTENER SHEETS

I came across this about a month ago and decided to try it with my daughter school uniform clothes. They seem to be staticky even though I use fabric softener sheets. I tried this method and the clothes came out smelling like heaven and no more static to worry about. :))

Few capsful liquid fabric softener
Small bowl of water

Pour a few capsful of any inexpensive fabric softener into a small bowl of water. Swish a washcloth in the solution. Wring it out, and toss it into the dryer along with wet clothes.
