GENETTI
(recipe from my friend Angela G.)
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
3 cups flour
1 tsp. anisette flavouring
Frosting:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.
Add oil, milk and mix well.
Mix in flour, baking powder and anisette.
Knead dough until smooth.
Cut into small pieces and roll out.
Braid into ribbons and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 400 oven for 7 minutes, until slightly coloured.
Let cool and frost with frosting.
