LASAGNA


1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves

Brown and drain. Add:

1 can mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Salt and pepper
Oregano and Basil

Simmer for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix:

2 cups cottage cheese
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
2 eggs

To assemble lasagna, place 2 cups meat in ungreased pan.
Then cover with noodles, then cottage cheese mix, then noodles, then meat mixture.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350'F for 1 hour.
