VEGETABLE PIZZA

YUM!!! this appetizer is really good and healthy too. :))

2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dough
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup light Miracle Whip mayonnaise
Pinch of garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup each of your favorite vegetables, thinly diced (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, celery, green onion, red or green pepper, tomato, fresh mushroom, olives)
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, thinly shredded

Preheat oven to 375'F.
Lay dough out on cookie sheet. Press onto bottom and up side to form crust.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown; Cool.
Mix together cream cheese, Miracle Whip, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture on cooled dough. Top with assorted vegetables of your choice. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
