MEAT TARTS


(recipe from Kerri K)

2 1/2 to 3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Diced mushroom to your liking
2 cloves garlic
4 1/2 loaf bread, cut crusts off, butter 1 side
Shredded Cheese of your choice, I use marble

Mix beef, eggs, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, onion soup mix, mushroom and garlic together well.
Place bread, butter side down in muffin tin.
Fill with meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 325'F for 30 minutes
Makes 48-50 tarts. Freeze well. :))
