PINEAPPLE MEATBALLS

Meatballs:
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
1 onion

Sauce:
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 or 2 cans pineapple
2 green peppers (opt)

Meatballs: Mix together ingredients, then brown in frying pan.
Sauce: Mix cornstarch, pineapple juice, soya sauce and vinegar. Cook until thick; pour over meatballs
Add to pineapple and green pepper.
Cook slowly 20 minutes or longer.
