PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE FUDGE


(recipe from my sister in law Gina V.)

Melt in pot:
1 bag (12 oz.) mint chocolate chips

Add:
1 can Eagle Brand

Bring to a boil making sure chocolate chips are dissolved. Add:
1 1/4 cup sifted icing sugar
1/2 cup of your favourite nuts, chopped up (opt) I use pecans... :))

Mix well.
Spread in 8-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
