SHREDDED CARROTS SALAD


(RECIPE POSTED BY MANON VEILLEUX)

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
Pinch of pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Carrots, shredded (about 4 cups)

Mix it all together and serve
