POTATO HASH BAKE


(another good one)

4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup diced cooked ham
1/2 cup grated sharp chddar cheese
2 green onion, sliced
Salt
Mix together. Turn into a greased 13 X 9 in. casserole.

4 large eggs
1 can skim evapotared milk
Salt and pepper


 Mix eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over potato mixture. Cover. Refrigerated overnight or bake covered at 350'F for 1 hour.
