BANANA SPLIT DESSERT
Crust:
1-1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Mix and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Spread carefully over crust.
Top with:
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
Slice 4 bananas, arrange over pineapple.
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
Beat pudding mixes and milk until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over banana layer in pan.
Top with 1 cup Cool Whip. Refrigerate 5 hours.
Slice remaining 2 bananas just before serving; arrange over dessert.
Top with 1 cup chopped nuts (of your choice - I used pecans) or you can use chocolate curls or both.
