CHICKEN AND BACON SKISH KABOBS


1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. canola oil
3 green onions, minced
5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
8 slices bacon, cut in half
16 mushrooms, cut in half
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
Broccoli, cut into chunks
Onions, cut into chunks
Skewers

In large bowl, mix soya sauce, honey, canola oil and green onion. Add mushroom, chicken chunks, green pepper, broccoli and onion. Stir to coat. Cover and marinate for an hour.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Wrap chicken chunks with bacon and thread onto skewers so that the bacon is secured. Alternate with vegetables. Arrange skewers on foil pan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining soya sauce mixture until bacon is crisp, chicken juices run clear and vegetables are cooked. So Good... :))
