CHICKEN IN TARRAGON CREAM SAUCE


(recipe from my friend Angela C.)

4-5 Chicken Breasts

Fry them in a frying pan, 7 minutes on each side, until cooked.
Turn down the heat. Add:

1 cup 35% cream (adjust to your liking)
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Fresh Tarragon, chopped

Let it bubble up together.
Serve sauce on top of chicken... with rice and green beans. Delish!!! :))
