FARMER'S PIE
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Chicken Breast Strips
1/2 cup French fried onions
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (14 ½ oz.) can green beans, drained
3 to 4 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, combine chicken, onions, soup and beans.
Transfer to an 8 x 8” baking pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spay. Spread potatoes over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350' for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top; bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and cheese melts. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
