PEANUT BUTTER CUPS


(recipe from my friend from work Amy B.)

In a double boiler, melt slowly;
3 tbsp. margarine
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups peanut butter chips

*Important: melt slowly or chocolate will clump.
Add:
1/2 - 1 cup chopped pecans (opt)
2 cups crushed "Ruffles" potato chips (170 gr. bag = 2 cups)

Blend together. Then place in small paper cups.
