CHEESE OLIVE PUFFS

(RECIPE POSTED BY SAM ROTHRAUFF)

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3-4 dozen small pimiento-stuffed olives, well drained

Mix first 4 ingredients. Chill
Use generous teaspoonful of mixture and shape in to ball.
Make a depression in the dough.
Insert olive, and reshape ball around it.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom.

***NOTE: Chilling the mixture is optional.
Can freeze and thaw and bake..enjoy
