FAVORITE MEAT LOAF
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup bread crumb
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water or milk
2 eggs
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
Put first 7 ingredients together in bowl and mix well.
Pack into 2 quart casserole.
Smooth 1/4 cup ketchup over top of meatloaf as a glaze.
Bake uncovered in 350'F oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6-8
***CHEEZY MEATLOAF: Add 1 cup or more grated medium Cheddar cheese to meat or put cheese in a layer in center of loaf.

add diced celery,green peppers and shredded carrots for veggies daily intake...really good!!
