1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1 1/2 cups water
Brown hamburger in 10” skillet. Add onion and brown.
Stir in tomato sauce, instant rice and water.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Be sure to use instant rice.
Serve 4
