ONION BEEF MACARONI CASSEROLE
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 c. raw macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. grated cheese
In large skillet brown meat, drain excess fat, stir in onion soup mix, flour, tomato sauce and water. Simmer covered 5 minutes; stir in macaroni.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 400 degrees.
Makes 6 servings.
