SAVORY POT ROAST
(instant gravy, so yummy and easy) I often cook this roast in the slow-cooker on low for 8-10 hours. :))
3 - 4 lb beef rump roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Onion soup mix
1 cup water
Place roast in oven dish.
Stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water. Mix well and pour over roast.
Cover, simmer at 250'F for 3 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
You can add your favorite vegetables 1 hour before roast is done.
