CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz. can tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 cup rice
3 cups cabbage, cut up
Brown beef, add onion, salt & pepper, soup, water and rice.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
Place cut up cabbage in a buttered casserole, alternate layers twice with the meat.
Cover and bake at 350'F for 1 1/2 hours.
Taste just like cabbage rolls, with half the work. YUM!!! :))
