TUNA MOUSSE


(recipe from my friend Joceline M.)

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 env. gelatin unflavored
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (5 oz.) can tuna, salmon or crabmeat, mash
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Heat soup and cheese together. Stir until smooth.
Separately mix gelatin and cold water and let stand for 5 minutes (Jell-O looking).
Add the soup to gelatin. Add remaining ingredients. Mix.
Pour in a sprayed mold. Chilled 3-4 hours.
Serve with crackers.... so good.
