(This is a very unusual tuna pie, I got the recipe when I was in grade 11, in one of my class "Family Study-Etude Familiale" and it became a family's favorite.)
1 pie shell
1 cup minute rice, uncooked
1 oignon, cut up
2 celery stalk, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. can of tomato sauce
1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper
Fry up the onion, celery, green pepper until cooked. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 400'F for 30 minutes
