SKOR CHEESE BALL


(recipe from my friend Maria G.)
Very sweet but so well worth it. ENJOY!!!

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well together. Then add:

1/2 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chip

Mix well. Cover and place in fridge for a few hours. It will be sticky.
Form into a ball and place on Skor bits:

1 (12 ounce) bag Skor English toffee bits

Roll to cover all sides.
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Serve with Mr. Christie Chocolate wafers or your favorite cookies
