BEST RICE SALAD
2 cups hot cooked rice
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
4 oz. can of small shrimp
1'2 cup oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 tsp. curry powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Put hot rice in bowl. Add celery, peas, onion and shrimp.
In small bowl, mix next eight ingredients.
Stir and pour over rice mixture. Stir lightly to coat.
Serve 4-6.
