BUTTERSCOTCH CONFETTI


1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 - 8 oz. bag small colored marshmallows

Melt butter and peanut butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in chips until melted. Cool until you can hold your hand on bottom of pot. Add marshmallows and stir until all are coated.
Pack down in 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Refrigerate.
Makes 36 squares.
Variation: you can add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and / or 1/2 cup medium coconut.
