CHINESE NOODLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

 

(recipe from my friend Janine L.)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a glass bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after a minute. Add:

1 cups peanuts, cashews, or mixed nuts (unsalted)
1 cup (10 oz). Chinese noodles, dry and broken in smaller pieces

Mix Well. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool until hardened.
