1-1/2 pounds lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
12 ounces hot cooked vermicelli pasta
Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot.
Cover: cooK on Low 8 to 10 hours (High 4 to 5 hours) Server over noodles
