(recipe from Mary C. from work) YUM!!!
3 tsp butter
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup shredded coconut
Mix together. Roll into balls.
In a double boiler, melt:
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 square of parowax
Dip balls in melted chocolate and store in fridge to cool before putting them away.
