My kid and her friends love those cookies.... they r so good with a Rolo in the middle. :))
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla ext
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup cocoa
4 Rolo chocolate bars
Cream together the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Spoon batter onto cookie sheet.
Place 1 Rolo in middle of each cookie and draw batter over top of Rolo.
Bake at 350'F for 8 to 10 minutes.
