SLOW COOKER SALSA
1 can (28 oz. ) diced tomatoes (with garlic and onion)
3 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
2 - (4 oz.) canned chopped green chilies
1 tsp. dried crushed chilies
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 green pepper
Oregano and parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. lemon juice
Cilantro
5 1/2 oz. tomato paste (opt)
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Cool.
Opt: 3/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar
