BACON AND TOMATO MACARONI

(RECIPE POSTED BY LISA GRAHAM)

1/2 bag of elbow macaroni
I can of diced tomatoes
butter or margerine to taste
minced garlic to taste
Bacon

Cook macaroni to desired softness, drain.
Add butter, garlic, salt pepper to taste, and minced tomatoes in a roasting pan or other oven safe dish. Top with strips of bacon to cover entire dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is cooked on top.
Let sit about 5 minutes and serve.
Optional - add hamburger and/or cheese to make this a meatier dish.
