(recipe from Mrs. Belzer in Nova Scotia)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla ext
Mix ingredients and put into little browned tarts. Bake 30 minutes at 325'F till the filling is firm.
Sweet but really good. :))
