1/2 cup salsa
2 cups shredded marble cheese
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Pour salsa into lightly greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese, set aside. In blender, process eggs and sour cream until smooth. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375' F for 20 to 25 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
