5 slices bacon, cooked
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
12 small tart shells
Cut up bacon and place in the bottom of tart shells.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bacon in shells. Bake at 350'F until brown
